I really don't see the problem. A little duct tape and your problem is fixed. Seriously though it looks like you need to send it back.
yeah, I will be giving Sea & Sea a call to complain. I'm hoping they'll send me a free pelican case if I'm loud and obnoxious enough.Honestly, I don't know what the point of this "camera case" is. It's more suited for a laptop, or perhaps I could use it as a lunch box.
